Usage Guidelines

Installation

1. Mount the sterilizer in a horizontal position for proper flow and exposure.
2. Pre-filter the water with a 5-micron filter to remove sediments that may interfere with UV transmission.
3. Connect to a compatible power supply using the included ballast.

Operation

• Allow the UV lamp to warm up for 2–3 minutes to reach optimal performance.
• Ensure water flow does not exceed 2 GPM for effective disinfection.

Maintenance

• Replace the UV lamp annually (9,000-hour lifespan).
• Clean the quartz sleeve periodically to maintain UV efficiency.
