Maintenance & Backwash Instructions
- FRP Tanks: Backwash every 7–14 days, depending on turbidity and contaminant levels.
- UF Module Cleaning: Flush with clean water every 1–2 weeks, replace every 12–18 months.
- Replacement Cycle:
- Media lasts 2–3 years with proper maintenance.
- UF membrane replacement every 12–18 months for optimal filtration.
- System Monitoring: Check DO levels, pressure drop, and flow rates periodically.
