The Aquasolve Freedom Apprenticeship is a 12-to-24-month paid training programme for young Ghanaians seeking a career in water treatment. Apprentices work alongside experienced technicians on real projects — installation, commissioning, maintenance, and water testing — while receiving structured classroom training at ACST.
Unlike traditional apprenticeships, Aquasolve apprentices are paid from day one. Monthly stipend starts at GHS 800 (months 1-6), rising to GHS 1,200 (months 7-12) and GHS 1,500 (months 13-24) as competencies increase.
We seek motivated individuals aged 18-30 with Senior High School completion (minimum) and a genuine interest in water and environmental work. Technical aptitude is valued over prior qualifications — we train from the ground up.
What You Get: Paid training, ACST certification, hands-on experience on real projects, mentorship from senior technicians, pathway to full employment at Aquasolve or partner companies
After 5 years of dedicated service to Aquasolve, qualifying team members receive a $10,000 USD business grant to launch their own independent water treatment franchise. You own 100% of the business, retain full operational control, and leverage Aquasolve branding, supplier networks, and technical support.
Non-Compete & Support Terms: Franchisees operate independently but maintain preferred supplier relationship with Aquasolve. You retain full ownership and profits. Aquasolve provides technical backup, bulk pricing, and referral network access. Non-compete applies only to direct competition within 50km radius of Accra headquarters for 3 years post-grant.

Since launching this programme, Aquasolve has funded franchise launches in Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale. Our franchise network now serves over 200 clients across Ghana, extending Aquasolve-quality water treatment to communities we could never reach alone.
