Common Questions

Good to Know

Can I register for more than one programme?
Yes. Many participants register for multiple programmes in sequence. If you plan to do both a 5-day programme and the Advanced Water Treatment, register for each separately and contact us — we may be able to offer a combined discount.
Do I need prior experience for the 5-day programmes?
Basic Water Treatment and Water Chemistry require no prior formal training — just secondary school numeracy. Deionisation and RO Design assume basic familiarity with water treatment concepts. Advanced Water Treatment requires BWT completion or equivalent experience.
What does the fee include?
All training materials, equipment and consumables for practical sessions, daily refreshments (morning and afternoon), and the certificate. Lunch and transport are not included.
How long does the Advanced Certificate take to receive?
The 25-day programme provides the structured building period. The Certificate of Competence is issued when all 9 mandatory competencies are individually passed and signed off — there is no fixed deadline after the programme closes.
Can my organisation sponsor multiple staff?
Yes. Group bookings attract discounts of 10% for 3–5 staff and 15% for 6–10 staff. For 11 or more, contact us directly for a negotiated rate and we can discuss in-house delivery options.
What if I miss a session?
Attendance is required for certification. If you miss a session due to an emergency, contact us immediately — we assess on a case-by-case basis. Participants who miss more than one day may be asked to attend the next cohort to qualify for the certificate.
