Usage Guidelines

Installation

1. Install the unit horizontally for optimal performance.
2. Pre-filter water to remove sediments that may reduce UV transmission (5-micron filter recommended).
3. Ensure proper electrical grounding and connect the sterilizer to the power source using the included ballast.

Operation

• Allow the UV lamp to warm up for 2–3 minutes before use.
• Monitor the flow rate to ensure proper exposure and disinfection.

Maintenance

• Replace the UV lamp every 9,000 hours (approximately 1 year).
• Clean the quartz sleeve periodically to maintain optimal UV transmission.
